Terms of Service

ReSnap (“the Service”) is operated by Snaprender OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17497051). By using ReSnap — via the Telegram bot @resnapbot, the WebRTC remote desktop, or this website — you agree to the terms below.

1. Service

ReSnap provides on-demand access to GPU computing resources for rendering and related creative workloads, delivered via a Telegram bot and a WebRTC remote desktop.

2. Eligibility & acceptable use

You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering contracts.

You may not use ReSnap for illegal content, malware, cryptocurrency mining, brute-force attacks, DDoS, or any activity violating the laws of your country or Estonia. We may suspend accounts engaged in such activity.

3. Payments & refunds

Rental is prepaid via supported payment methods (Stripe card payments and CryptoBot). Billing is per-minute; any balance remaining after a session stays on your account.

Refunds are issued only for service malfunctions proven to be on our side. Funds consumed for active compute are non-refundable.

EU right of withdrawal. When you top up your wallet or start a rental, you expressly request that the service begins immediately. You acknowledge that once compute time has been consumed, you lose the right of withdrawal for the consumed portion under Directive 2011/83/EU. Unused wallet balance can be refunded on request.

4. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost renders, missed deadlines, data corruption, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 30 days.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown in the bot; continued use after notice means acceptance.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in Estonian courts, unless mandatory consumer law grants you different jurisdiction.
