Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Snaprender OÜ (registry code 17497051, “we”) processes your personal data when you use ReSnap — the Telegram bot @resnapbot, the WebRTC remote desktop, and this website. We are the data controller under the GDPR.

1. Data we collect

• Telegram user ID, username, first/last name (from Telegram).
• Email — only if you provide one during registration or support.
• Payment metadata from your chosen provider (we do not store card numbers).
• Rendering files you upload to our workspace, session logs, and the IP address of your connection.

2. How we use your data

To provide the service, bill you, support you, detect abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

3. Where your data is processed

Your data, including rendering files, is processed on third-party cloud infrastructure which may operate in jurisdictions outside the European Economic Area. By accepting our terms you consent to this transfer under GDPR Article 49(1)(a). We apply technical and contractual safeguards to protect it.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe and CryptoBot under their own privacy policies; output files you choose to sync are stored in your own Google Drive.

4. Cookies

This website does not use analytics or tracking cookies. Only technically necessary functionality is used.

5. Retention

• Rendering files & session workspace — deleted 7 days after session end.
• Account & support history — kept until you request deletion.
• Billing records — kept 7 years as required by Estonian accounting law.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, a copy of your data in a portable format, or restriction of processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or your local supervisory authority.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be shown in the bot; continued use after notice means acceptance.
